This transformational, cohort-based virtual journey develops world-class communicators and showcases their best ideas. Framed around the challenge of crafting and delivering a signature talk, the program unlocks leaders’ thought leadership and elevates their visibility, confidence, and impact.

Across a highly experiential, multi-session program, participants turn lived experience and business insight into ideas worth amplifying. With expert coaching, bold experimentation, and deep peer connection, they learn how to structure powerful messages, tell resonant stories, and deliver with authenticity, presence, and courage.

The journey culminates in a live virtual Speaker Showcase, where participants deliver their talks to an audience in a powerful celebration of growth, bravery, and impact. They leave with a signature talk, heightened confidence in high-stakes communication, and the skills to step into greater visibility and influence – ready to move hearts, minds, and business priorities forward.

1 x 1-hour 1:1 coaching session per participant
5 x 90-minute sessions delivered over 6–8 weeks
