Eduardo Silva

Leadership Communication Coach

Eduardo is a technologist who transitioned into a business leader and, later, into a coach. He brings over 20 years of international experience in global program management and change management and enjoys working with local and remote teams, diverse cultures, and people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Beyond holding two MBAs—one in Technology and the other in Business Management—his curiosity has driven him to pursue numerous certifications in technology, business, and coaching. With over 400 hours of training in the past five years, he is a Professional Project Manager (PMP/PMI), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP/APICS), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC/ICF).

Throughout his career, Eduardo has worked across industries like financial services, call centers, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals, with companies such as TCS, Cardif, Novartis, and Wipro. He has led projects transforming the Digital Workplace for over 150,000 users, deploying scenario-based planning systems, participating in billion-dollar ERP transformations, rolling out CRM systems, and delivering custom and low-code automation solutions globally. He takes pride in delivering true, measurable value to the businesses he has served.

It’s the people who have changed his life. As technology evolved and he moved across countries, Eduardo found success by enabling the success of others. Team members, peers, managers, and colleagues from various groups and countries have expressed their gratitude for his coaching and mentoring over the years.

A key connection between these diverse fields is Eduardo’s public speaking and communication skills. As a former Toastmaster who completed three educational pathways (effective coaching, motivational speaking, and mentoring) and served as club president, he realized that this skill enhances all others and helps him create the life he aspires to live. He also sees it as a gift he can share with others, giving back to the community that has supported him.

This vision has led him to become an enabler and developer of high-performing teams, focused on increasing individual productivity while caring for their personal needs and leveraging their unique strengths.

Clients and co-workers often describe Eduardo as “challenging and kind.” He doesn’t settle for mediocre results and isn’t afraid of difficult conversations. They appreciate his ability to listen, show compassion, and demonstrate genuine interest in their development.

Superpowers: the equation knowledge + experience + curiosity. Eduardo helps individuals connect the dots, understand more about themselves, and reposition their authentic style as an advantage rather than a limitation. He navigates both known and unknown waters with them, providing guidance when necessary, always steering them toward their desired destination. He values their human brilliance, trusting that they are enough, unique, and absolutely extraordinary. Eduardo sits with difficult emotions, working to develop individuals professionally while remaining attentive and respectful of their life circumstances and preferences.

Most inspiring leader: Eduardo is aware that every leader is flawed and that those who truly make a difference will be open and cognizant of that. He follows His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and business coaches like Simon Sinek and Tony Robbins. But more than any of those, he is inspired by every leader he had the opportunity to serve, because those are the ones he could truly experience, in the better and worse times.

Enjoys: Eduardo enjoys spending time with his twins, whether playing games, reading, or having interesting and sometimes challenging conversations as they grow. He’s an avid reader and regularly shares his thoughts and experiences on LinkedIn, pursuing his passion for writing. Recently, he has been fulfilling a childhood dream by learning to play the piano

Let us in on a secret: Eduardo is absolutely crazy about football (soccer), though that doesn’t come through in business conversations or his social media. If Palmeiras is playing, even at 3AM, be sure he is watching!
